Hey, I'm Coach Joe!

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Sports Nutritionist, and Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach, and my mission is simple: help busy men get leaner, stronger, and more confident, without living on a diet or training like it’s your full-time job.

Over the years, I’ve coached a wide range of high performers, including cast members from the Broadway show Hamilton, and I’ve been the boxing trainer for former Cleveland Browns wide receiver Rashard Higgins. I was also selected as the guest fitness instructor for Cleveland during the 2019 MLB All-Star Game events, where I led a group fitness workout.

And beyond coaching, I’ve lived the discipline side firsthand: 15+ MMA fights, boxing matches, jiu-jitsu tournaments, and kickboxing, plus I competed on Amazon Prime’s Beast Games (Season 2).

Nope. The whole point of this call is to figure out what works best for you — whether you train at home, in a full gym, or a mix of both. We’ll also factor in your schedule, equipment, and any past or current injuries. By the end, you’ll have a clear roadmap so you’re not guessing anymore.

Question 2: Do I have to follow a specific diet?

No. We don’t do restrictive diets or “all-or-nothing” plans. We teach you simple nutrition that fits your real life — including your favorite foods. We’ll make fat loss easy to understand using calories/macros in a way that doesn’t feel overwhelming. The goal is results you can actually maintain.

Question 3: What makes your coaching different?

It’s not a cookie-cutter plan you download and forget. It’s real coaching built around your body, your schedule, and your lifestyle — with support when life happens.
