WHAT IS INCLUDED

NUTRITION

With the Home Shred Transformation Program I will be giving you the exact calories and macros needed to reach your fitness goals. But most importantly I will be coaching you on how to eat for your body. Nutrition is the KEY to getting any results, you can waste time trying all these different "fad diets" that have you restrict food and feel weak. Or you can get coached on how use nutrition to fuel your body so you have energy all day long.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Accountability is the "secret sauce" to reaching your fitness goals. As your coach I am personally going to check in with you daily to help motivate you and coach you every step of the way until your goals are met! Week by week I will be making adjustments to your training program so that way you will always be challenge and your body won't ever hit a plateau!

TRAINING

All your workouts will be created and personalized for you to do at home. This means if you have any equipment like dumbbells or kettlebells, we will incorporate them into your training program. If you do not have any equipment at home, no worries! We will challenge you will bodyweight workouts that will help get you one step closer to your fitness goals! You get to choose the days of the week you want to train on and how long you want your workouts to be. Leave it to the professionals to create a custom training program based off your lifestyle and goals!

COMMUNITY

All Heartletics Fitness members are invited to join our private Facebook group where you can share your progress and meet with others who are on this journey with you. Inside the group you will find daily motivation, live trainings, healthy recipes, and more!

With the nutrition coaching on the Home Shred Transformation program you will not only get personalized nutrition guidance, but also be taught how to make this a lifestyle change. Apps like FitBit and MyFitnessPal can easily be synced with the Heartletics app so your coach and constantly track your progress and make sure your on the right track to reaching your goals.

CUSTOM WORKOUT PLANS

All workout programs are completely customized for you and your goals. All programs are updated monthly, designed specifically for your schedule, capabilities, and physical goals. Whatever you want to achieve, your workout program will have the best and most effective exercises suitable for your needs, all with instructional video tutorials so you know how to perform the exercises. You will also be given a new routine every month to overcome plateaus and continue with progression towards your goals.

Exclusive Members receive their programs on the Heartletics this is where your coach will be in constant communication with you and holding you accountable to reaching your fitness goals. The Heartletics app will take all the guess work out of your training and nutrition.

JOE CALLARI

Hi, I’m Joe. When I first started training in the gym, I find it to be the exact confidence boost I was looking for.

 

The gym was the perfect stress relief, no matter what was going on in my life, a 1-2 hour session was like a meditation for me. I’d come out feeling refreshed, renewed and confident.

 

My love of fitness grew from there and I wanted others to experience the same feelings that I had. Through my mobile fitness app I have been blessed to transform peoples bodies and minds from all around the world!

My main mission in life is to help as many committed individuals get in the best shape possible. My goal with Heartletics is to make health and fitness fit into your lifestyle with fun and easy daily habits.
